Watery Wednesday

Yes, this is a landscape water feature :) Never the less I still thought it was serene. This is the first time for me using a long shutter time trying to get the moving water effect. It seems to have worked a little I guess. Maybe I need a better subject next time. It was fun experimenting though. To see more wet stuff click here.

Sure had me fooled. I thought it was a creek out in the wilderness. Great water feature and your photo is very nice. You did a good job. Thanks for sharing.

Thankyou for your visit to my blog and your comment.
I've looked through your photos and they are just wonderful. The sky and the flowers not to speak about this trickling water over the stones. All beautiful.

The de-pixeling method I got curious about. Would you like to tell me more.

Beautiful capture - and well done job! I am also trying to get the hang of it, the floating water looking like smooth clouds! Still in practice!

Thanks for visiting! :)

Hmm, how long of a shutter speed did you use? Regardless if the effect worked or not, this is an excellent shot as the shadows parallel the flow of the water.

That's pretty cool. Definitely 'natural' looking! Your exposure was great for this photo.

Thanks everyone. You're all so kind to the amateur photographer :) The shutter speed was way too fast I think at 1/1000. I didn't really know what I was doing but have learned a bit more since. Better shooting next waterfeature I guess.
