Danielle, I think you have a good eye to photograph this building in sepia then in colour it brings out better its character and age.
Thank you for your comment about the pear blossoms. These sort of blossoms belong to the rose family and all look a little similar.
It does look great in sepia. Something about old buildings really appeals to me. So much character. :-)
