Skies like this are pretty common here in Utah. I consider myself lucky to live in such a pretty place. Things are so lush in the spring and it's not a far drive to enjoy green pastures. Yes, this is a landscape water feature :) Never the less I still thought it was serene. This is the first time for me using a long shutter time trying to get the moving water effect. It seems to have worked a little I guess. Maybe I need a better subject next time. It was fun experimenting though. To see more wet stuff click here.

This is the sweet little mare on the land at my in-laws house. She saw me with the camera and came trotting over to get her picture taken. (she probably really wanted and apple but I'll pretend the former).

This is a big old church(stake center)on main street in American Fork. It looked so grand and old I thought it would make a good sepia. Go here to see more sepia scenes.
These are the falls up a canyon close to where I live. If you look closely there is a bird flying across them.

I grew this in a little round vase from a bulb in my kitchen. Sadly, it got too top heavy and fell over and broke. Luckily I got this picture of it before it fell. I always love to have something "living" in my house. I love plants!
